How Ironic history can prove to be. Most of us know that City Hall sits in the 900 Block of Bagby. Some of us, at least my generation, did not know that city hall used to be in the 300 block of Travis. This photo of a one ring Circus and Carnival was made in 1928. Its location is 900 Bagby! My, how things have changed, or have they? There is not much on that block these days to accommodate tents and sideshows, however on the inside of City Hall, the Circus still goes on.
